File Chore tools are designed for self-serve recovery when a paid download needs to be restored within the stated retention window.
Paid file recovery
For paid tools, return to the Stripe success page within the stated retention window. The success URL contains the payment session and job details needed to verify payment and prepare the output again.
Receipts
Keep the Stripe receipt until the download is complete. It is the fallback proof of payment and may show FILECHORE as the receipt or merchant name.
For billing or receipt questions, use billing@filechore.com or receipts@filechore.com. File-processing recovery should start from the tool's success page while the file is still retained.
