File Chore is not accepting new file-processing jobs at this time. These terms apply to existing purchases and support requests.

Purchases

Each completed purchase covered one eligible uploaded file and the output described at payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Results

File formats and third-party receiving systems vary. File Chore does not guarantee acceptance by every third-party portal or preservation of unsupported file features.

Delivery, recovery, and deletion

Uploaded and processed files were stored temporarily for processing, recovery, and download during the published retention window.

Refunds

If File Chore took payment but did not deliver the purchased output, contact support@filechore.com with the Stripe receipt number.

Acceptable use

Only submit files you have the right to process. Do not submit illegal material or files you are not authorized to modify.
